1. Who we are

A Mother’s Touch Inc. (“A Mother’s Touch,” “we,” “us”) runs a childcare center at 1923 Cecil B. Moore Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19121. This policy covers this website, our enrollment form, and our text messaging program.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and care for your child.

• What you give us on the enrollment form: parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, your child’s name and age, the type of care you need, whether your child needs school pick-up, your preferred start date, payment type (Child Care Works or private pay), how you heard about us, how you’d like us to reach you, and any notes you add.
• Consent records: the wording of the text message disclosure you agreed to, when you submitted the form, and the internet address it came from.
• Where you came from: if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source) and the page you first landed on.
• Technical information: basic data every browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, which our web host may log.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enrollment inquiry and your questions.
• To set up a visit and complete enrollment.
• To help you through the Child Care Works (CCIS) process.
• To contact you about your child’s care, scheduling, closures and emergencies.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties as a childcare provider in Pennsylvania.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of buying anything from us. You can call us instead at any time.

• What we send: replies to your enrollment inquiry, visit scheduling and reminders, enrollment follow-ups, updates about your child’s care, schedule changes, closures and urgent announcements.
• How you opt in: by submitting our enrollment form under the text message disclosure shown above its button, or by texting us first.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any message. Help: reply HELP, or call (215) 787-0100.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

5. Children’s information

This website is for parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from children under 13. Information about your child on our form comes from you.

We never publish a child’s photo or name without a signed release from a parent or guardian, and we do not use your child’s information for advertising.

6. Who we share it with

• Service providers who work for us: our website host, an email delivery service that sends each inquiry to our management team’s inbox, and any customer-management or messaging software we use. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Subsidy administration: your Early Learning Resource Center, at your direction, for Child Care Works.
• Legal and safety: when the law requires it, or with emergency responders when a child’s safety requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

7. Advertising and analytics

This website does not use advertising pixels, ad trackers or analytics tools. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address to deliver them.

8. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information while we are in touch with you about enrollment and for a reasonable time after. Records for enrolled children are kept as long as Pennsylvania childcare rules require. Consent records are kept while you are opted in and for a period after, to show consent was given.

9. Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and have us correct it.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.

10. Security

This website uses an encrypted connection, and we limit who on our team can see family information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

11. Changes

If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
