Text messaging

SMS terms

Plain-English terms for our text messaging program.

Effective date: October 20, 2026.

The short version. Texting is optional. Reply STOP any time and we stop. Reply HELP any time for help. We never sell your number.

Program

A Mother’s Touch Inc. sends text messages to families asking about enrollment and to families whose children attend our center. Messages are about enrollment, visits, paperwork, your child’s daily care, scheduling, closures and urgent announcements.

Consent is optional

Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of buying anything from us. You can say no and still inquire, visit, enroll and attend. We will reach you by phone instead.

How you opt in

By submitting our enrollment form under the text message disclosure shown above its button, or by texting us first. We keep a record of the disclosure wording you agreed to and when.

How often

Message frequency varies. During enrollment you may get several messages as we set up a visit and finish paperwork. After that, it depends on your child’s care and on announcements such as closures.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also call (215) 787-0100 and ask us to remove you. Opting out of texts does not affect your enrollment.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or call (215) 787-0100.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please don’t rely on texts alone for anything urgent; we will also call you.

Privacy

Your number and consent are handled as described in our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
